Cheersoda is the Qingdao Baishigao factory export program, running since 2015 from a 15,500 m2 plant in Chengyang, Qingdao, with 3 production lines, 6 injection machines and a team of 35, including 4 dedicated QC staff. Monthly capacity is 20,000 units under an ISO 9001 quality system.
Pressure safety is tested, not assumed. The factory built its own burst-test laboratory in 2018, and valve assemblies are pressure-tested at three times standard working pressure before a design enters production. Every finished unit then passes a 100% wet leak test and a high-pressure gas check before packing — batch sampling is used for burst testing, unit-by-unit checks for leaks.
Compliance documents, including FDA, LFGB and RoHS test reports for food-contact materials, are available for project review.
