Are sample fees refundable?
Sample fees may be credited back after a confirmed bulk order, depending on the model and project details. Courier cost is usually charged separately.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
Can the balance be paid against copy B/L?
For long-term partners with stable cooperation, balance against copy B/L may be discussed. It must be confirmed in writing before the order starts.
What is the normal production lead time?
For standard models, production usually takes about 35-45 days after deposit and sample confirmation. Custom packaging, special colors, or new tooling may require more time.
What information do you need before quoting?
We need the product model, target market, estimated quantity, logo requirement, packaging style, bottle/accessory set, certification needs, and preferred shipping term.

No. We mainly focus on manual, non-electric home carbonation products. This keeps the product easier to use, easier to ship, and simpler for after-sales service.
Do you make glass bottle soda makers?
No. We currently focus on PET and stainless steel bottles. We do not recommend glass bottle carbonation projects unless a protected safety chamber is designed and tested separately.

Why can't filled CO2 cylinders be shipped with the machines?
Filled CO2 cylinders are treated as dangerous goods for international freight. Shipping empty cylinders is the safer and more practical solution for most importers.

Do you provide CO2 cylinder accessories?

Do you provide CO2 refill machines?
Yes. CO2 Refill Machine is one of our product categories. It is mainly for buyers who need cylinder filling support equipment for their own local operation.
Do you provide local CO2 refill service?
